Warranty Policy

Guarantee The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. This legal guarantee applies without prejudice to any additional guarantees that we offer. We offer a standard 1 year warranty on the functionality of all our products. We give a 2 month warranty on the batteries and batteries of laptops, tablets and smartphones. Keep in mind that the battery life of these products may be less than with new purchase. With most products it is possible to increase the warranty to a 2-year warranty. You will see this option on the product page.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Battery life
The battery life of a laptop decreases with time as you use the product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this either. We do provide a warranty on the operation of the battery. This means that the battery has to work separately from the adapter.
moisture damage
Moisture and electronics don’t mix. There are special moisture indicators on each product. If there is moisture damage, the warranty will be void.
Fall/impact damage
If you accidentally drop the product or bump the product against something causing damage or defect, the warranty will be void. You can always offer the product to us for repair in order to have it repaired at a low cost.
How do I sign up for warranty?

Our employees will initially resolve your problem or complaint remotely, so that you can get back to work quickly.
We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@laptopcentrum.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/ consumers/odr/)
